The Eastern Shore Child Care Resource Center (ESCCRC) partners with local and state organizations across all counties to support high-quality early childhood programs.
- Maryland Association for the Education of Young Children (MDAEYC): A professional association that promotes high-quality early learning for children from birth through age 8.
- Maryland State Child Care Association (MSCCA): A non-profit that supports licensed child care and early learning centers across Maryland.
- Maryland Out of School Time Network (MOST): A youth development network dedicated to increasing the quantity and quality of afterschool and summer programs.
- Maryland State Family Child Care Association (MSFCCA): A statewide organization focused on registered family child care providers who operate out of their homes.
- Judy Centers: School-linked community hubs providing family support, early learning, and resources for children birth-kindergarten.
- Early Childhood Advisory Councils (ECACs/LECACs): Local and state councils that plan coordinated early learning strategies.
- Local Interagency Coordinating Councils (LICCs): Councils overseeing early intervention services for infants and toddlers.
- Local Management Boards (LMBs): County boards that coordinate child- and family-serving services.
